2. Property Information & Accuracy

General Information: All property listings, including prices, dimensions, and availability (such as for Jabali Towers or Porini Point), are subject to change without notice.

Verification: While we conduct due diligence on all listings, clients are advised to perform their own independent legal and physical verification before entering into a financial commitment.

Visuals: Images, 3D renderings, and floor plans are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the final completed project.

3. Site Visits & Property Viewings

Scheduling: Site visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance via our official channels (WhatsApp/Email).

Liability: Misati Realtors is not liable for any injuries or loss of property sustained during physical site visits or property tours.

4. Agency Commissions & Fees

Our agency fees and commissions are governed by the Estate Agents Act of Kenya.

Specific commission rates for residential sales, commercial leasing, or plot acquisitions will be disclosed and agreed upon in writing through a formal Letter of Offer or Agency Agreement prior to the conclusion of a transaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Misati Realtors shall not be held liable for any financial losses arising from:

Market fluctuations affecting property appreciation or rental yields.

Delays in construction by third-party developers.

Decisions made by the Tatu City Special Economic Zone (SEZ) authority or local government bodies.
